Club workings
· The Club is an incorporated non-profitmaking sports organization.
· The Club Executive is made up of unpaid volunteers.
· Club Executive meetings are held at 5.00 pm on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the clubhouse.
· The AGM is held in February or March each year.
· All members are welcome to attend Club meetings.
· Working bees are held during the year to maintain the clubhouse, courts and grounds.
· All members, or their parents, are expected to attend at least one working bee per year.
· If you have time and skills to carry out regular maintenance your support would be greatly appreciated. Please contact the President.
· In 2008 with the assistance of Maroochy Shire Council and various grants the Club has established 6 first-grade courts (2 hard and 4 grass, all under lights), and a renovated clubhouse and proper carpark will be constructed in 2008.
· These will be a fabulous sporting resource for the community of Palmwoods.
